We have tiny tiny hair on our skin that the wind pushes and we feel this.
The temperature of the wind is another thing – we have temperature sensors all over our skin, and also as we sweat the wind picks up the moisture and cools us.
If the wind is strong enough it may even be painful – which is another “channel” for our sensors.

What Oleg said! 🙂 It is the pressure of the wind molecules on our skin, and the tiny hairs on our skin, that makes us able to feel the wind blow!
