There is almost certainly life somewhere else in the Universe, most probably on a planet. These are the best places to support life (compared to stars, or empty space).
If you mean, is there life on another planet in our solar system, probably not. We can still look though, which is what many of the Mars rovers are hoping to do.
Have a look at Enceladus and Europa, moons of Saturn and Jupiter respectively. If we do have life in our Solar System it would be in one of those moons! However, not ‘intelligent’ life, but microbial life, like extremophiles!
