Question: How long will your new project take and how many people will it involve?

I am working on an instrument for the Extremely Large Telescope. The instrument will be in position when the telescope is first switched on which is due to be in 2025. I don’t know how many people are working on the telescope and the other instruments that go on it, but my instrument has 147 people on the team, from three different countries. I only started on it recently but the project has been going on since 2010!
