      Yes, we can work it out from it’s depth, or measure it either directly or by measuring the temperature and salinity of the seawater from the surface to the bottom. Challenger Deep is about 11km below the sea surface. Going by depth, every 10 m of seawater is approximately 1 atmospheric pressure, so this means at the bottom of Challenger Deep, pressure is probably approximately 1101 atmospheric pressures.
